OPELIKA, AL. (EETV)- The Lee County Sheriff's Office is trying to locate William Lee Sims(51) of Opelika, Alabama. William Sims was incarcerated at the Lee County Detention Facility and was assigned on work release. On April 27, 2017 William Lee Sims did not return to the Lee County Detention Facility from his work release assignment.
