OPELIKA, AL (EETV) - On 02/10/2017 the pictured suspect entered Ashley Furniture Home Store (2401 Interstate Drive) and created a fraudulent account using someone else’s identity. The suspect used the fraudulent account at Ashley’s Furniture to purchase a large amount of furniture. The items were picked up from the distribution center in Phenix City. This subject also attempted to open a line of store credit at Kohl’s, Ulta, and Target.
The suspect is described as a black male and approximately 20 – 25 years old. He was approximately 5’8 weighing approximately 170 pounds. He had a low hair cut with a goatee and is light skinned. He was last seen wearing all black clothing, a white under shirt, and brown boots.
