EETV is committed to being the News Leader for all of Auburn. Acting on that commitment, we have become the first TV station in Alabama to serve viewers on the News app built into their Apple iPhone, iPad and apple watch devices.
“Delivering news on mobile platforms in a fast and accurate way is not a should but a must in the world we live in today,” says EETV’s Station Manager Brandon Etheredge, “Over the last six months our news department has been rebranded and is serving the Auburn community with a renewed vision of being Auburn’s Leader.”
The app is easy to use, and you never have to be far from Auburn’s latest news. When you open news, search for “Eagle Eye TV” and look for our “6” logo. Once the channel is opened, click the heart in the top right corner. You can also click here to directly access the channel.
“We’re really looking to expand our platform beyond the university and having our content available on Apple News is an integral part of that.” says EETV News Director, Grace Reynolds, “We’re excited to be able to reach our viewers in a new and more convenient way.”
