AUBURN, Ala. (EETV) - This Fall semester, Auburn welcomed the University Donut Company food truck to campus. The owner, Teresa Vigueras, has gained a reputation on campus.
Vigueras can be found working on the truck serving students donuts, pastries, coffee, and breakfast sandwiches. She always welcomes students with a bright smile and a warm hello. To many students, Vigueras is known as Auburn’s “campus mom.”
Vigueras has open ears and an open heart for students. Vigueras shared that she has a 23 year old daughter who went through college, so she understands the importance college students having a mother figure in their lives.
The mission statement at University Donut Company is, “To change lives for the better every day. That anybody we meet, we have the power and the ability to make their day better.”
