AUBURN, Ala. (EETV) - Auburn Police are looking for a man after several buildings in downtown Auburn were vandalized.
On Monday, Police officers were called in reference to several reports of criminal mischief in the downtown area.
According to the reports, graffiti was drawn or marked on various structures and building, causing damage and requiring city workers and business owners to spend time removing or covering it.
Further investigation into the incidents by Auburn Police resulted in a suspect being captured on video surveillance. The suspect is described as a white male with dark hair, white t-shirt and blue jeans.
Individuals convicted of criminal mischief third-degree face a fine of several hundred dollars and incarceration in the Lee County Jail.
