AUBURN, Ala. (ETTV)- Auburn’s Cheeburger Cheeburger, an American fast-food chain located on North College street, is temporarily closed.
The main sewer line beneath the restaurant collapsed, causing the electrical system and entire kitchen to need repairs. Along with the necessary repairs, the interior aesthetic will be experiencing some renovations.
A specific date for the reopening has not been chosen but Don Doyle, the owner, said that they are hoping to hold “a soft open as soon as the repairs are finished and then a grand opening the first week of March.”
