AUBURN, Ala. (EETV) - Lee County Sheriff's Office is investigating several social media threats that have been made at several schools in the Beulah community.
Police say there is no evidence to indicate a present threat to safety at the schools.
The Sheriff's Office said on Facebook, "What has been evident is that the concerns have been fueled by numerous rumors without any basis in fact."
Police are working with students, parents and schools to determine if there is any credible evidence.
