AUBURN, Ala. (EETV)- Auburn University classes start this week and with that comes the flood of events surrounding ‘Welcome Week.’
A big perk of many of the week’s events is free food; Eagle Eye TV complied a list of some of the places offering free food the first week.
Monday (5:00pm-8:00pm)- University Program Council’s Aubie Fest: Food, carnival games and fair rides on the Campus Green.
Tuesday (10:00am-2:00pm)- Tiger Dining’s Home On the Plains: Food, music and giveaways on the Campus Green.
Wednesday (8:30am-10:30am)- Auburn University Student Affairs' Waffles With Woodard: A free Waffle House breakfast to on the Campus Green from Senior Vice President of Student Affairs Bobby Woodard.
Thursday (5:00pm-7:00pm)- The College of Agriculture’s Welcome Back Picnic: A welcome back picnic on the Comer Lawn where students can learn about clubs in the college.
Friday (4:00pm-5:00pm)- International Student Organization’s Welcome Week Social Hour- A free meal in Student Center Room 2222 where students can learn about different countries and cultures.
