AUBURN, Ala. (EETV)- Auburn voters headed to the polls today to select their next mayor and four of the eight city council seats. Below are live updates as the polls come in:
7:00PM- Polls across the city closed
8:12PM- Brett Smith wins Ward 9 with 63.5% of the vote
8:14PM- Steven Dixon wins Ward 5 with 59.3% of the vote; Bob Parsons win Ward 6 with 50.8% of the vote
8:24PM- Ron Anders elected mayor with 54.2% of the vote; Kelley Griswold elected to Ward 2 with 63.6% of the vote.
