Auburn, AL (EETV)- Auburn took down the Crimson Tide 77-38 in their annual Pink Game. The win was their second straight over the Crimson Tide this season.
Auburn was led by Daisa Alexander's 22 points, seven rebounds, four assists, and three steals. Janiah McKay, Robyn Benton, and Brooke Moore all had 11 points each.
The Tiger defense gave up only ten shots in the entire game alone. Alabama's 38 points were the fewest points they had scored the entire season.
Auburn went 8 for 19 on three pointers which was tied for the highest percentage of the season.
Coach Flournoy said, "They listened to what talked about, how important this game was for us. They came out and that's what they displayed right off the bat.
Auburn's record improves to 19-7 (7-6 in SEC) and they will return next Sunday against Missouri for their final home game.
