AUBURN, Ala. (EETV) - A fourth grader at Lee-Scott Academy has been identified as a victim of Sunday's tornadoes, according to a Facebook post by the school.
Taylor Thornton died after tornadoes ripped through Lee County Sunday afternoon.
A Go Fund Me has been set up to cover funeral costs and other expenses for the family. The campaign has raised nearly $20,000 in three hours.
Lee County officials are still working to clear damage and identify other victims.
