AUBURN, Ala. (EETV) - Officer Webb Sistrunk is still recovering from gunshot wounds after the May 19 shooting that killed Officer Will Buechner and injured Sistrunk and Officer Evan Elliott.
Early last week, Sistrunk was visited at East Alabama Medical Center by his K9 companion, Leon. He is now recovering at home and received a visit from Auburn Mayor Ron Anders Monday.
Now, Sistrunk's family has set up a PO Box for those who wish to send letters of support. Additionally, a GoFundMe account is raising money to help with medical costs.
