AUBURN, Ala. (EETV) – The 10th annual Auburn Oktoberfest craft beer festival will be held this Saturday at Auburn University’s Ag Heritage Park.
Auburn Oktoberfest will have over 100 breweries with more than 150 beers from across the U.S. Food trucks will provide a variety of cuisines and traditional German dishes will be available.
There will be contests such as best-dressed, the Sam Adams Stein Hoisting competition, the Red Clay Keg rolling contest, and the Moore’s Mill Animal Hospital Weiner Dog Race for guests who would like to compete. There will be live performances by Kidd Blue and a traditional Polka band.
Auburn University’s Brewing Sciences Program will provide live demonstrations and the opportunity to taste products made at Auburn University. More than a dozen home-brewers from all over Alabama will be competing for guests’ votes as the best brew.
