AUBURN, Ala. (EETV) - The Auburn University Library has now opened its first meditation and reflection room for students to take a break from studying and clear their minds.
Users of the room must remove their shoes while in the room and limit the uses of electronic devices to ensure a relaxed environment. The room is first-come-first serve and will not be available for reservation.
The new shared space is located on the fourth floor of Ralph Brown Draughon Library, in room 4006. The library welcomes any new suggestions in ways the room can be improved, and hopes the new space will make everyone at Auburn feel welcomed and allow stressed students to take a moment to breathe.
