Auburn, AL (EETV)- Bruce Pearl held a press conference at the Auburn Arena Wednesday afternoon where he discussed the upcoming season.
His main concern is the role the seniors will play when all of the newcomers join the team. Last season, there was only one fresh face, so the team will have to adjust to all of the new players this year.
"That's our biggest obstacle right now, is just that learning curve."
Pearl is entering his 25th season as a head coach and will have a lot of work to do to get the team back to the final four.
"Attitude has been really good at practice. The culture, the work ethic, the guys want to is definitely there. The interesting thing as we get into the heart of our practice season is whether or not we're going to be able to build on a daily basis, some of the successes or failures that we have in practice."
The Tigers will open the season at home against the Eckerd Tritons Nov. 1.
