Auburn, AL (EETV)- Auburn's unbeaten run continues as the Tigers defeated the Lehigh Warhawks 74-51 on Thursday night to improve their record to 11-0 this season.
The Tigers did not start off very well as the Warhawks took a 20-13 lead in the first half. The Tigers would storm back with a 14-0 run to take a 27-20 lead going into halftime.
The second half was much improved for the Tigers as J'von McCormick led the charge scoring 13 points in the second half including three straight three-point jumpers in a row to put Auburn up by 17.
McCormick would lead the way with 18 points and Austin Wiley would add 14 points and 15 rebounds. Freshman Devan Cambridge provided a spark off the bench with two emphatic dunks.
Auburn's bench scored 21 points with Anfernee McLemore leading the way with nine points. The Tigers did not shoot well from three point range only going 6 for 28 on the night.
The Tigers are still the only Power 5 school that is undefeated and one of only four schools in Division 1 that are unbeaten in the country.
Auburn will return next Sunday to play Lipscomb in the final game before SEC play. Tip-off will begin at 3PM with the game to be seen on SEC Network.
