Auburn, Ala. (EETV)- Miss Auburn Candidate Sasha Cohen is currently a third-year student majoring in Architecture. Throughout her time at Auburn Cohen has been involved in on-campus through positions such as being a War Eagle Girl, a College of Architecture, Design, and Construction Ambassador, an Honors College Week of Service Counselor, a member of Freshman Forum, and an Honors Congress member.
Cohen has chosen to center her campaign around sincerity, kindness, and truth as described in the following line of Auburn’s Creed.
“I believe in honesty and truthfulness without which I cannot win the confidence and respect of my fellow men.”
Cohen chose this line as she believes it is a vital part of the Auburn Family as she works to create an inclusive student body.
“During this campaign season and beyond, I hope to spread sincerity, truth, and genuineness. Auburn boasts having the happiest students in the nation, and while I’m sure this is true for some, it isn’t for all. My goal as Miss Auburn is that the title “happiest students” truly reflects the whole student body, and we can start by encouraging an inclusive environment of diverse people.”
