Auburn, AL (EETV)- Auburn football hosted Pro Day to give Auburn players an oppurtunity to show their skills to the NFL scouts who were present.
Highlighting the day was Auburn's defensive line who has one of the top prospects in Derrick Brown. Brown is projected to go top-10 according to ESPN's Mel Kiper Jr.
Brown and teammate Marlon Davidson did position drills together but did not participate in all of the events due to their involvement in the NFL combine.
The secondary was on full display as Javaris Davis, Noah Igbinoghene, Daniel Thomas, and Jerimiah Dinson worked out and did drills together. Davis spoke after saying, "I'm just trusting the process. There's alot of guys out there who would love to be in my position and it's good to get out here where I've spent alot of my time in college."
Coach Gus Malzhan praised the senior class saying, "They've represented Auburn well and I know they will have a long career in the NFL."
The NFL Draft will take place on April 23-25 in Las Vegas. Coverage of it will be on ESPN.
