MONTGOMERY, Ala. (EETV) - Alabama Governor Kay Ivey announces new state guidelines as Stay at Home Order is set to expire Thursday. The Governor issued a new Safer at Home Order encouraging Alabamians to stay home as much as possible.
The new order will allow for some business to reopen on April 30th however they must follow social distancing guidelines. This will allow for retail business to open with limitations as they must operate at half their regular capacity. Governor Ivey has also allowed for beaches to reopen however businesses such as barbershops and nails salons are to remain closed until May 15th.
