AUBURN, Ala. (EETV)- Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Auburn University has released a modified calendar for the 2020 Fall semester.
The new calendar replaces Fall Break, Oct 8-9, along with the first two days of Thanksgiving Break, Nov 23-24, with class days. This is to help limit travel and exposure to the virus. Additionally, the final day of instruction has been moved to Nov 24, with finals being administered remotely. This will not require students to return to campus after Thanksgiving Break. Contingent on existing health and safety guidelines, fall commencement ceremonies will be held Dec 12.
Auburn University will also be announcing additional fall semester information and plans, including operations, student affairs, and academics, as details are finalized in the coming weeks.
