AUBURN, Ala. (EETV) - Right before the Labor Day holiday, President Jay Gouge thanks students and faculty.
In the newsletter, This Week @ Auburn, there is a video of President Jay Gouge addressing the students and faculty before Labor Day. He thanks the faculty for doing their best to welcome back the Auburn students. He also gives thanks to the students for following A Healthier U guidelines and urges to continue following those guidelines.
He stresses the importance of this virus as well, he reminds the viewers that there is still a pandemic and that students should be careful and safe this Labor Day weekend. In the last part of the video he shoots down false rumors that say the University will be going remote and kicking students off campus. President Gouge ends with a positive message that students will be staying on campus.
