AUBURN, Ala. (EETV) - Looking for a fun holiday adventure? What better way to get in the spirit than strolling along the path of the winter woods decked with decorations, lights, and stations of local talent, which feature family-friendy performances that spotlight our community’s diversity.
The Holiday Walk in the Woods, put on by the Auburn Community Theater, will be hosted at the Kreher Preserve and Nature Center on Friday, December 18th, and on Saturday, December 19th from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. If the nighttime adventure is not convenient, daytime walks are also available, with surprises for the kiddos, on Saturday, December 19th, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Tickets are available for purchase at $5 per person (ages three and up).
The plan is for groups to include 12-15 patrons, but for those who would like to book a certain time slot to keep it just family or friends, private walks are available for $70. Auburn Community Theater is also looking for donors to help make the event a success by donating through Venmo (Auburn-ACT), on the website (www.auburnact.org), or by mailing a check to AACT P.O. Box. 3434, Auburn, AL 36831. There are various ways to be involved with this great event. Visit www.auburnact.org to learn more!
