AUBURN, Ala. (EETV) - Auburn Athletics announced soccer’s spring schedule last week and the season is set to begin Feb. 19.
The Tigers will play eight games, four in Auburn and four on the road. Auburn will kick off their season against Kennesaw State Friday, Feb. 19 at the Auburn Soccer Complex. That game will begin at 5 p.m. CT.
Auburn will take on LSU the next Friday, Feb. 26, at Auburn Soccer complex at 6:30 p.m. CT.
The Tigers will travel for the first time of the spring season Saturday, March 6 as they will take on Clemson at 1 p.m.
Auburn will then host Georgia the next Saturday, March 13, at the Auburn Soccer Complex at 1 p.m.
The Tigers will then go on a two road game trip on back-to-back Saturdays where they will play at Louisville and at Alabama. Those games will be played at 4 p.m. and 2 p.m. respectively.
Auburn wraps up its home games with a matchup against South Alabama on Friday, Apr. 3 at the Auburn Soccer Complex at 1 p.m.
The Tigers end their spring season with a game against Virginia Tech in Bradenton, FL. That game will kick off at 6 p.m.
The NCAA Tournament will begin after the spring season with first and second rounds set to be played at host sites form Apr. 23-25. The next round will be played Apr. 20-May 2, with quarterfinals May 7-9, and the College Cup May 13-17 in Cary, N.C.
