AUBURN, Ala. (EETV) - Due to complications involving Covid-19, Xavier will not be able to travel to No. 22 Auburn for their 4-game series this weekend.
Instead, the No. 18 Boston College Eagles will fill in after having their series with Wake Forrest canceled earlier this week.
Auburn leads the overall series against the Eagles 3-1. The teams last played in 2010, in a game that Auburn won in 10 innings.
The first pitch will be at 4 p.m CT Friday, 2 p.m Saturday and 1 p.m Sunday. Sunday's game will be broadcast on SEC Network+.
Tickets against Xavier will be honored and no refunds will be given.
