AUBURN, Ala. (EETV) - Get ready for The Fashion Event at Auburn University tonight!
This event is student-run and showcases the next generation of fashion designers and merchandisers. This year's theme is Emerged and The Fashion Event will be premiering a video of the runway experience off campus and on multiple social media sites for people who do not want to attend in person. If you are interested in attending in person the premiere will take place from 6-9 pm at The Plaza at Midtown in Auburn.The premiere can also be viewed virtually on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. A hardback look book will be available for pre-order that will feature each designer and their design(s).
At The Plaza at Midtown most vendors and stores will be open late, there will be live music from 6-7 pm and Aubie will make an appearance from 6:30-7:30 pm! There will be food from stores at The Plaza, The Sword and Skillet, and the Amsterdam Food Truck! There will be a drawing for a basket giveaway filled with goodies and the show will be shown on a 16 foot jumbotron!
