1st Avenue will be re-paved Wednesday, August 25. The photo above details the map of the detour, which will only be necessary for that day.
The contractor for the Shady Park Improvement Project has been scheduled for today, August 23. Asphalt will be placed on the walking path and parking lot, and then concrete will be poured to connect walkways and the pavilion.
Watch out for the road closure on the section of Northpark Drive from Andrews Road to the Walmart Distribution Center. This closure is expected to last for a couple of months due to a roadway improvement project.
