AUBURN, Ala. (EETV) – Auburn men’s tennis lands three in the ITA Preseason rankings when they released the rankings on Tuesday.
Headlining the rankings for Auburn is the 2021 NCAA doubles finalists Fin Murgett and Tad Maclean at No.7 nationally.
All-SEC performer Tyler Stice comes in at No. 19 in the preseason singles rankings after qualifying for for the NCAA singles last spring.
Murgett, Maclean and Stice have all earned spots at in the ITA All-American Championships this fall in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Murgett and Maclean are one of 20 doubles teams to earn a spot in the main draw as well as earning a spot in the qualifying round of the singles tournament. Stice was invited to the singles main draw.
Auburn men’s tennis begins its fall season on Friday when they compete in the Battle of the Beaches tournament in Miramar, Florida.
