AUBURN, Ala. (EETV) - Due to health and safety protocols affecting the University of New Orleans Women's Basketball program, Auburn's game vs. New Orleans scheduled for Sunday has been canceled. The game will not be made up.
The matchup between the two teams would have been the second all-time. The squads matched up in 2004 in a game that Auburn Dominated 76-27.
Auburn will shift their focus to their Dec. 15 matchup at Belmont. Auburn will face off against Grambling State on Dec. 18 and Kennesaw State on Dec. 20 before starting SEC play by hosting No. 14 Kentucky on Dec. 30.
