AUBURN, Ala. (EETV)- Eagle Eye's Blake Phillips breaks down proposed Amendment 4 to the Alabama State Constitution on the ballot this midterm election.
The fourth proposed amendment states that any election law passed by the Alabama State Legislature would be required to have an effective date of six months before a general election.
If this amendment is voted yes upon, a date would be set on how close an election law could be implemented to a general election.
