AUBURN, Ala. (EETV) -The Auburn University Glomerata began distributing its annual yearbook on Tuesday.
The 127th Glomerata is distributed at several locations on Auburn University’s campus and is free to students, faculty, and staff.
According to Editor-in-Chief Morgan Key, this year's yearbook theme aims to provide insight into student life on campus and a behind-the-scenes look at the hands that put events on campus together
This cherished tradition proves its popularity, nearly running out of copies on the first distribution day.
Last year we got rid of them in 14 hours– people wanted them so bad. This year they are going even faster,” said Key. “It really shows that the students care about it [the yearbook.]”
The Glomerota began publication in 1857 when a small group of students decided to combine yearbooks published by individual colleges across campus. It continues to be a cherished Auburn tradition.
As of Wednesday, April 10, the Glomerota ran out of copies.
