AUBURN, Ala. (EETV) - The Auburn University University Program Council, along with the Latinx Student Alliance, are hosting a night where all Auburn students can come and celebrate Día de Los Muertos.
UPC and LSA are looking to create an experience for students to immerse themselves in the traditions of the Latin American holiday. The event will have free food for students provided by Las Latinas to, according to UPC, "[make sure] your taste buds are as delighted as your spirits." The event will also feature other activities like cookie decorating and watching the Disney/Pixar film, "Coco."
UPC invites students to join them for an evening of joyous celebration and cultural enrichment. The event will take place in the Melton Student Center Ballroom on November 1st from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.
