AUBURN, Ala. (EETV) -- On Saturday, the 2023 NFL Draft concluded. With 13 Auburn hopefuls, five former tigers heard their names called over the past week. Auburn is one of only 19 schools to have five or more draft picks this year. This crushes last year's total when Auburn only had one player drafted, cornerback Roger McCreary, to the Tennessee Titans in the second round. Auburn also helped contribute to the SEC’s streak of 17 years in a row having more NFL Draft picks than any other conference.
Today is the start of one of the best weeks in football for college and professional fans alike. This week, the 2023 NFL Draft will take place in Kansas City, Missouri on Thursday, April 27th and will conclude on Sunday, April 30th. Hundreds of former college athletes from all across the country are hoping to hear NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell call their name out on draft night. These hopefuls include 13 former Auburn Tigers.
AUBURN, Ala. (EETV) - The Auburn Tigers Gymnastics season has officially, come to an end. After going all the way and reaching the Final Four last season, the Tigers couldn’t quite make it out of the opening round of the NCAA Los Angeles Regional at UCLA.
AUBURN, Ala. (EETV) - Over the past week the NFL Scouting Combine took place at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. 319 athletes from all over the country were invited to participate, six of those being former Auburn starters.
